ARMAMENT
AK-74 assault rifle
FOR MALE SERVICEMEN
1. To run a 100-meter distance
2. Overcome the section of the obstacle course:
- run along the labyrinth passages;
- climb over the fence;
- climb along the vertical ladder to the second (curved) section of the destroyed bridge, run along the beams, jumping over the gap, and jump to the ground from the standing position from the end of the last section of the beam;
- to overcome three steps of the destroyed staircase with obligatory touching of the ground between the steps with two feet, run under the fourth step;
- crawl through the wall; to jump into the well, go through the trench, jump out of the trench. (If any obstacle is overcome, the participant is awarded 2 penalty points for each).
3. Run the distance of 50 m, move the weapon to the "behind" position.
4. Overcome 15-meter section of the water obstacle with the depth of 1 m and run for 50 m.
5. Throw three grenades weighing 600 g each in circles with a diameter of 3 m, located at a distance of 20, 25 and 30 m and run a distance of 100 m. (For each non-entry into the sector participant 1 penalty point is charged).
6. Perform a throwing of weapons (a small infantry shovel and two knives) into a target at a distance of at least 5 m and run a distance of 30 m. (For each failure one penalty point is charged to a participant).
7. Crawl for 25 m, the "weapon in hand" and run a distance of 50 m.
8. Take a cartridge box (24 kg) and overcome the rise of 25 m, put the cartridge box on a special pad.
9. Run a distance of 800 m to the shooting range.
10. Perform 3 single shots from the prone position at a breast and full-size targets (targets No. 6 and No. 8), located at ranges of 200 and 250 m.
(For each unengaged target, the participant is charged 2 penalty points).
11. Run for 800 m and finish.
FOR FEMALE SERVICE MEMBERS
1. Run a distance of 100 m.
2. Overcome the section of the obstacle course:
- run along the labyrinth passages;
- to overcome two steps of the destroyed staircase with obligatory touching of the ground between the steps with two feet, run under the third and fourth steps;
- crawl through the wall;
- jump into the well, go through the trench, jump out of the trench and run a distance of 50 m. (If the participant avoids any obstacle, 2 penalty points are charged for each).

3. Throw three grenades weighing 600 g each in a circle with a diameter 3 m,
located at a distance of 20 m and run a distance of 50 m. (For each miss, the participant is charged 1 penalty point).
4. Perform a throwing of weapons (a small sapper shovel and two knives) into a target at a distance of at least 4 m and run for 30 m. (For each missed target, 1 penalty point is charged to the participant).
5. Crawl for 25 m, the "weapon in hand" and run a distance of 50 m.
6. Overcome the rise of 25 m.
7. Run the distance of 800 m to the shooting range.
8. Perform 3 single shots from the prone position at targets No. 6 and No. 8, indicating breast and full-sized targets. (For each unengaged target, the participant is charged 2 penalty points).
9. Run for 800 m and finish.

QUICK MARCHING AND ATHLETICS
FOR MEN – 3 KM RUNNING
FOR FEMALES – 1 KM RUNNING
Exercises are conducted on a flat surface with a common or separate start. Start and finish are equipped in one place.
The form of clothing is for field activities
The places of participants are determined by the time shown at the finish.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
FOR MEN – PULL-UPS
Vis (grip on top, legs together), bending arms, pull up (chin above the crossbar), unbending hands, drop into the hanging. The position of the visa is fixed. A slight bending and raising the legs are allowed. Do not perform movements jerk and swing.
The form of clothing is for field activities.
Places of participants are determined by the greatest number of pull-ups. In the case of the same result, two or more participants have the same place.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
FOR FEMALES – COMPLEX FORCE ELEMENT
Running for 1 min. The first 30 s - the maximum number of slopes forward to the elbow of the knees of the legs from the position lying on the back, hands behind the head, legs are fixed (slight bending of the legs is allowed, when returning to the starting position, it is necessary to touch the floor with the blades).
Second 30 s - the maximum amount of flexion and extension of the arms in the supine position (the body is straight, hands bend until the chest touches the floor).
Places of participants are determined by the greatest number of repetitions. In the case of the same result, two or more participants have the same place.
RESULTS
The places are determined according to the running results: for servicemen – 2 km, for female – 1.3 km.
APPEALS
Complaints and objections regarding the quality of the jury´s work and determined points could be presented and examined to the jury before the signing of the final protocols by the jury. In case of dissent, the decision about the final points of the participant rests to the Chief of jury.

NBC PROTECTION CONTEST
1. Run at a maximum speed for 20 m at the specified range of performing the standard.
2. Wear protective stockings, a protective coat in the form of a jumpsuit (without fastening the two upper pins), a gas mask, a hat, a steel helmet, fasten the top two pins of a protective cloak, and wear protective gloves.
3. Remove the protective kit and gas mask.
CONDITIONS
This exercise is performed with an automatic rifle. The uniform – field uniform and bullet jacket (with combat boots).

START
Two competitors at the start line according to the draw procedure.
RESULTS
The place in the winner´s list is determined according to the time shown by the participant at the finish.

PENALTIES
One penalty point is 15 sec.

MILITARY MEDICAL TRAINING
1. Conduct a primary dressing. (On the right (left) eye, on the right (left) ear, on the elbow (knee), on the shoulder, on the ankle, an eight-shaped bandage on the chest).
2. Conduct a rubber hemostatic harness to the thigh (shoulder).
3. Perform a superposition of the twist with the help of a kerchief (other improvised means) on the thigh (shoulder).
4. Run the overlap of tires from improvised material for fractures of the bones of the upper and lower extremities.
5. Put on the helmet-mask mask on the "wounded".
6. To carry out the dragging of the "wounded".
CONDITIONS
Referee commission choses three standards for the competition

RESULTS
In cade of obtaining the same scores (points), military servicemen are given an equal number of additional questions on the subject of military medical training.
Each correct answer to an additional question increases the final score by 1 point.




Servicemen who received an unsatisfactory rating for one of the standards are recognized as having scored 0 points and pass to the next stage of the competition.
SUMMARY
Places are determined by the least amount of places occupied by the participant in each category of exercises. In the case of equality of the sum of places for two and more participants, preference is given to the participant having more first, second, third, and other places.
CONDITIONS
1. Conduct firing training standard #13 "Field stripped rifle".
2. Conduct firing training standard #14 "Assembling the rifle".
3. Conduct the shooting standard #1 "Stationary firing at appearing target at daytime"
The number of cartridges - 18 (15 registered and 3 trials). Cartridges are equipped in stores of 5 cartridges each. Position for shooting: at the first show - prone; at the second - from the knee; at the third - standing.
Element is carried out from three positions for shooting, from each position for shooting 5 single shots are conducted.



BREAST TARGET WITH ROUNDS (TARGET #4)

The target appears three times with intervals.
Distance – 100 meters.

SUMMARY
Places are determined by the least amount of places occupied by the participant in each category of exercises. In the case of equality of the sum of places for two and more participants, preference is given to the participant having more first, second, third, and other places.
CONDITIONS
Contestants prepare a performance in one nomination: prose (stories, stories); Poetry (poems, poems); Playing a musical instrument; Choreographic performance; Performance of the vocal work.
When performing a vocal composition, the contestants perform works: to their own accompaniment, a capella (without instrumental accompaniment), accompanied by a "minus" soundtrack (CD or mini disc) provided directly by the contestant.
In the works for the creative contest, the following topics are recommended: heroic and patriotic, the theme of service in the armed forces, friendship, military partnership, love of the Motherland.
Time for performance - not more than 4 minutes.
JURY
The participants of the competition are judged by the jury formed by the Organizing Committee of the Commonwealth Warrior contest, which includes specialists in the field of culture and art, and members of the Organizing Committee.
WORK CHECKING
The jury assesses the competitive performance according to the following basic criteria: vocal data, artistry and scenic culture, the level of artistic taste, in the selection of costume and props, originality of the repertoire, reflection of patriotic themes
SUMMARY
After processing the results, the Organizing Committee of the competition shall submit the minutes of the jury meeting, including all participants, indicating the points received and the place taken. Places are determined by the largest amount of points received.
CONDITIONS
Before you start filling in questionnaires, for 1 hour guided tours of the museum's halls is carried out, during which all the major issues of the competition are covered. The competition is held on letterheads and consists of 35-40 test tasks with the choice of one answer option. For each correctly performed task, 1 point is gained. For an incorrect answer, points are not gained. Answers to the tasks of the contest are entered in the answer form by the participant in his own hand. Corrections responses are allowed, but in the case of disputes over the results shown for the correction of accrued points are removed.
The task is given for 30 minutes. When assignments are not allowed to use textbooks and other supporting literature, except for that which is presented at the book fair in the area where the competition is held. It is prohibited to perform tasks collectively and (or) with assistance, and to use the Internet by any technical means of data transmission and reception.
JURY
To conduct the contest and evaluate the knowledge shown by the contest participants, a jury is formed, which includes representatives of the Organizing Committee of the "Commonwealth Warrior" competition, historians, specialists and research workers.
WORK CHECKING
Processing of results is carried out by the jury within 3 hours from the moment of receiving the forms of answers of the participants. The final score of the contestant is the sum of the scores of all assignments of the control measuring material. When determining the winner of the competition for working with more detailed answers, and without any blots and corrections, bonus points are awarded.
SUMMARY
After processing the results, the Organizing Committee of the competition shall submit the minutes of the jury meeting, including all participants, indicating the points received and the place taken. Places are determined by the largest amount of points received.
